This is a deep seated belief that if we support our profession here in the United States there will be no need for jobs to go overseas. Our company takes an active leadership role in regional, state, and national trade groups, including the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). We want to see the HIM profession thrive and as part of our commitment we provide student scholarships and program grants to colleges that offer HIM degrees and certificates. Our management team teaches at local colleges and serves on HIM/HIT advisory boards along with mentoring the next generation of coders and HIM professionals.
